1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using this website (atlasintegro.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

These terms govern your use of the public website only. Performance-fee engagement agreements, service scopes, baseline lock procedures, and fee calculations are governed exclusively by the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Atlas Integro and each client. These Terms of Service are not a substitute for any such agreement.

2. Services described

Atlas Integro provides AI implementation and automation services for small and mid-sized service businesses. Our services include deployment and operation of AI receptionist systems, lead-response automation, appointment booking systems, and related workflow automation. Performance fees, engagement structures, and deliverables are defined in individual MSAs — not on this website.

No statement on this website, including statements about typical results, fee structures, or improvement potential, constitutes a guarantee of any specific outcome for any specific business.

3. No guarantee of improvement

AI automation systems improve business outcomes for many clients. They do not guarantee improvement for any specific client. The performance-fee model means we are financially aligned with your outcomes — but alignment does not guarantee results. Factors outside our control (market conditions, pricing changes, operational issues unrelated to our systems) affect business performance.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Atlas Integro brand mark — is the property of Atlas Integro and may not be reproduced without permission.

Workflow templates, AI prompt templates, and system configurations deployed for clients remain the proprietary IP of Atlas Integro and are licensed to clients for the duration of an active engagement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use this site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Scrape or bulk-harvest content from this site without permission
  • Impersonate Atlas Integro or any of its representatives
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with site operation

6. Third-party links and tools

This site may contain links to third-party websites (including GoHighLevel booking and form tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Submitting information through embedded third-party forms is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies in addition to ours.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Atlas Integro does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Integro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed $100.

This limitation does not apply to claims arising from an executed MSA, which is governed by that agreement's own limitation of liability provisions.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, or through AAA arbitration where required by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
