We review your business, your bottlenecks, and whether you qualify. If the math doesn't work for a performance fee, we tell you — and we don't waste your time. No obligation, no pitch.
Audit
7 days. Free if you qualify.
We pull the last 18 months of your financial data, model the recoverable revenue from each automation system, and deliver a written engagement proposal. You see the math before committing to anything — and if we can't find at least $50,000 in recoverable revenue, your audit fee is refunded in full.
Baseline Lock
Before a single system goes live.
We export your revenue and expense data directly from QuickBooks and compute your baseline average. We hash the result with SHA-256 and store it in an append-only audit log. Neither of us can change it. Every future invoice is measured against this number.

We deploy your automation systems, operate them on an ongoing basis, and bill quarterly based on measured net-profit improvement versus the locked baseline. If your adjusted net this month is $19,640 and baseline was $12,847, the fee applies to the $6,793 delta only.
Why this works
We're a broker, not an agency.
Agencies get paid for activity. Consultants get paid for advice. We get paid for results. Our default engagement is zero upfront plus a share of net-profit improvement, tracked against an immutable baseline of your own books. We have no incentive to sell you anything that doesn't move the number. If your baseline doesn't improve, we don't invoice.
For clients who require predictable monthly spend, we offer a hybrid structure: a reduced retainer floor plus a reduced performance fee. We discuss both during discovery.
The baseline
What "baseline" actually means.
On day one, we export the last 18 months of your revenue and expense data directly from QuickBooks (or your accounting system) and compute your average monthly net profit. We hash the result with SHA-256 and store it in an append-only audit log in our infrastructure. Neither party can modify it. Every quarterly invoice shows the delta between your current reported net and this locked baseline — and the fee is calculated from that delta, transparently.

Tenant Isolation
Every Atlas client gets a fully isolated data environment. Your call recordings, lead data, customer records, and CRM integrations live in your own sandbox — never co-mingled with other clients' data. Cross-tenant access is architecturally impossible, not just policy-restricted.
Encryption — In Transit and At Rest
All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Voice calls and webhooks travel over TLS 1.3. Stored data — call recordings, transcripts, lead records, customer profiles — is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Encryption keys rotate regularly and are managed independently from the data they protect.
You Own Your Data
Your data is your data. Period. We never sell customer information, never share aggregated data with third parties, and never use your call recordings or lead data to train external AI models. You can request a full export of all your data at any time, in standard formats. If you ever leave Atlas, your data goes with you and we delete our copies on a defined schedule.
No Model Training on Your Data
The AI models behind Clara and our lead response engine are trained on general-purpose data — not your customer interactions. Your business's unique conversations, lead patterns, and customer details stay private to you. We use your data to operate your service, not to improve products for other clients.
Full Audit Log on Every Action
Every action AI takes inside your business is timestamped and traceable. Every call answered, lead routed, appointment booked, and message sent generates an audit log entry visible to you in real time. You can see exactly what AI did, when it did it, and what data it accessed — both for compliance and for trust.
U.S.-Based Operations, No Offshore Handling
Atlas is built and operated stateside. Your customer data is never processed by offshore teams, third-party call centers, or international vendors. All infrastructure runs in U.S. data centers under U.S. jurisdiction.

We don't get paid until you do. No retainers, no setup fees, no project minimums. Atlas only earns when measurable outcomes — like calls answered or leads qualified — exceed an agreed-upon baseline. 24/7 Uptime Monitoring
Our voice AI and lead response infrastructure runs on continuous uptime monitoring with automated alerting. If a system goes down, our on-call team is paged immediately. We aim for 99.9%+ uptime on all customer-facing systems and publish real outage data when incidents occur.
