1. Who we are

Atlas Integro is an AI implementation and performance-fee brokerage firm. We operate at atlasintegro.ai. For privacy inquiries, contact hunter@atlasintegro.ai.

2. Information we collect

From site visitors

  • Form submissions — when you fill out a contact or audit request form, we collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, business details). This data flows into our CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records page views and referrer data in aggregate. No data is shared with third-party ad networks.
  • Phone calls — if you call our AI receptionist (516-833-3748), the call is handled by Vapi.ai. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You will be informed of recording at the start of the call.

From clients during engagements

  • Financial data — for clients who enter a performance-fee engagement, we access QuickBooks Online (or your designated accounting system) to pull revenue and expense data. This data is used solely to compute your baseline and calculate monthly fees. It is stored in our secure database (Supabase, hosted in the US) and is never sold or shared.
  • Contact data — we may process contact records from your CRM (GoHighLevel) for the purpose of operating automation systems on your behalf.
  • Call recordings — AI receptionist calls made on behalf of your business may be recorded and stored for quality assurance and improvement of your systems.

3. How we use information

  • To evaluate whether your business qualifies for a performance-fee engagement
  • To communicate with you about our services
  • To operate automation systems on behalf of engaged clients
  • To compute and document performance-fee calculations
  • To improve our products and services

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

4. Data processors

We work with the following third-party processors:

  • Supabase (database) — US-hosted, SOC 2 Type II
  • GoHighLevel (CRM and communications) — US-hosted
  • Vapi.ai (AI voice) — handles call recordings and transcriptions
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes conversation content for AI responses
  • Intuit QuickBooks (accounting data access) — for clients only, read-only
  • Plausible Analytics — anonymous site analytics, no cookies, no PII

5. Data retention

  • Form submissions and contact records: retained for the duration of our relationship plus 3 years
  • Financial baseline data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (accounting record requirements)
  • Call recordings: retained for 90 days unless required longer for an active matter
  • Analytics data: Plausible retains aggregated data per their own retention policy

6. Your rights
