I built Atlas so the partners we work with never run out of hours.
I spent four years building Atlas Power Alliance, a solar company I grew to 17 employees and half a million in annual revenue. In 2025 I had to wind it down.
A major shift hit the solar industry that year. Our upstream partners got caught in tough waters — and when they did, we did too. They stopped paying out what they owed, and we didn't have the leverage or the cash cushion to absorb it. That was the immediate cause.
But the deeper problem was already there. I knew where our systems were broken. I knew what needed to be automated. I didn't have the time to fix any of it, because I was running sales, managing a team, handling payroll, building marketing, and answering the phone myself. There are only so many hours in a day.
That's what AI changes. When AI is calibrated to how your business actually runs, you become a hybrid operator — part human, part machine. The repetitive work runs itself, and your time goes to the decisions only you can make. It's not a productivity hack. It's a leverage shift.
